汉语水平考试(HSK)须知

1、考试报名

根据汉考国际教育科技(北京)有限公司(简称汉考国际)要求,自201711日起,我校学生如无充分理由须在本校考点参加HSK考试。确有充分理由须在其他考点参加HSK考试的学生,须在考试报名截止日期10天前向我校HSK考点办公室提出书面申请,经批准后方可报名其他考点考试。

对于201711日以后未经批准在其他HSK考点考试取得的HSK证书,学校不予认可。

2、考试场次安排

本考点于每年5月和12月各举办一次HSK汉语水平考试(四级至六级)。除此时间以外,根据考生申请且同一级别考生达到30人及以上,本考点可举办专场考试。考生申请须在规定的报名截止日期30天前提出。可申请考试报名及考试日期可在汉语考试服务网(IMG_256http://www.chinesetest.cn )查询。

3、考生到达考场时间

考生至少须在开考前半小时到达考试区域。

4、关于个人物品

考生仅允许携带个人身份证件、准考证、2B铅笔、橡皮、必需的药品和一瓶除去标签的饮用水进入考场。其他所有个人物品必须放在指定区域。违禁物品包括但不限于:除规定以外的其他文具、包和钱夹、手机、智能手表、隐形耳机等电子及通讯设备、计时器、任何纸质物品、食品和饮料及监考人员认为属于违规的其他物品。

5、考场检查

考点将在考场区域进行电子、通讯工具检查,对考试进行中查出携带手机、智能手表、隐形耳机等电子、通讯设备者,一律按考试违纪处理。

6、考试违规处理

对在本考点汉语水平考试(HSK)中出现的违规行为,考点将根据《汉语考试违规处理办法》(汉考发(外)〔2014005号)进行严肃处理。此外:

1)对于本校考生,学校将《三峡大学外国留学生违纪处理办法》(三峡大外〔201146号)及《三峡大学外国留学生考试违纪处理办法》(三峡大外〔201149号)等相关规定进行进一步处理。

2)对于外校考生,学校将酌情通报其所在学校。

第二章 违规行为的认定

第五条 考生不遵守考场纪律,不听从主监考指令,有下列行为之一的,应当认定为考试违纪:

(一)携带规定以外的物品进入考场或者未放在指定位置的;

(二)未遵守主考指令提前打开试卷,主考宣布考试结束后继续答题以及跨区做题的;

(三)在考试过程中与其他考生交谈或者干扰其他考生的;

(四)在考场内喧哗等影响考场秩序的;

(五)未经主考同意在考试过程中离开考场的;

(六)其它各种不遵守主监考指令,违反考场纪律但尚未构成作弊的行为。

第六条 考生的行为影响到汉语考试公平、公正,有下列行为之一的,应当认定为考试作弊:

(一)代替他人考试或者请他人替考的;

(二)伪造、涂改证件或照片的;

(三)抄袭或者协助他人抄袭,抢夺他人试卷、答卷或者强迫他人为自己抄袭提供方便的;

(四)传递物品或者交换试卷、答卷的;

(五)在答卷上填写与本人身份不符的姓名、准考证号等信息的;

(六)观看擅自带入考场的材料的(包括电子设备);

(七)在考试过程中使用通讯设备的;

(八)抄写、拍摄、录制试题内容,将试卷、答卷带出考场,故意撕毁试卷、答卷的;

(九)其他主监考认为属于作弊的行为。

第八条 考生应当自觉维护考试工作场所的秩序,遵循考试工作人员的管理,不得有下列扰乱考场及考试工作场所秩序的行为:

(一)故意扰乱考场秩序的;

(二)拒绝、妨碍考试工作人员履行管理职责的;

(三)威胁、侮辱、诽谤、诬陷考试工作人员或其他考生的;

(四)其他扰乱考试管理秩序的行为的。


第三章 违规行为的处理

第九条 考生有第五条所列考试违纪行为之一的,主考和监考口头告知考生其行为违反考试纪律,须立即纠正,再次发现将终止其考试,取消考试成绩。

第十条 考生有第六条、第七条所列考试作弊行为之一的,取消考试成绩。对于考生身份的确认,一旦发现有第六条(一)代替他人考试或者请他人替考和(二)伪造、涂改证件及照片行为的,取消考试资格,同时给予禁考两年的处理。

第十一条 考生有第八条所列行为之一的,取消考试成绩,禁考一年;考生及其他人员的行为违反《治安管理处罚条例》的,由公安机关进行处理。



Notice on HSK

I. Test Registration

In accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Testing International Co., Ltd. (CTI), , CTGU international students are required to take the HSK test at CTGU HSK Test Center. For those who have sufficient reasons to be tested at other Test Centers, he/she must submit a written application to CTGU HSK Test Center Office at least 10 days prior to the test registration deadline. After being approved, he/she can register for the test at other HSK Test Centers.

For HSK certificate obtained from the test after January 1, 2017 at other HSK Test Centers without approval, it will not be recognized by the University.

II. Test Date Arrangement

CTGU HSK Test Center hold the test on May and December annually (from level 4 to 6). For any additional test of the same level, at least 30 applications are needed, and all the applications are supposed be processed 30 days prior to the registration deadline. III. Arrival at the Test Venue on the Test Day

Candidates must arrive at the test venue at least 30 MINUTES BEFORE the test start time.

IV. Personal Belongings

Any personal belongings, except for identification document, test admission ticket, 2B pencil, eraser, necessary drugs and a bottle of label-free water, are NOT allowed to be brought into testing room and shall be placed in designated area.

Items not allowed in the test room including but not limited to: stationery other than specified; bag, purse and wallet; electronic and telecommunication devices such as mobile phone, smart watch, and invisible earphone; timer; any kind of paper items other than the admission ticket; food and drink; and any other items deemed inappropriate by the test administrators.

V. Test Venue Inspection

The test center will carry out inspection of electronic and telecommunication devices. Test candidate who is found carrying electronic and telecommunication devices such as mobile phone, smart watch, and invisible earphone during the test shall be regarded as violating test regulations.

VI. Handling of Discipline Breaches

Any violation of test regulations during the HSK test at CTGU Test Center shall be handled in accordance with the Measures for Handling HSK Test Discipline Breaches (No. [2014] 005, CTI Foreign Affairs). AND

1) CTGU test candidate will be further punished according to Implementation Measures for Punishment on International Students Violating Disciplines of CTGUNo. 46 (2011), CTGU Foreign Affairsand Measures for Treating Examination Discipline Breaches of International Students in CTGU (No. 49 (2011), CTGU Foreign Affairs) and other related regulations.

2) For non- CTGU test candidate, the case will be reported to his or her university accordingly.

Measures for Handling HSK Test Discipline Breaches (abstract)

(If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.)

Chapter Two Determination of Discipline Breaches

Article 5 The test candidates who do not abide by the rules and conduct one of the following behaviors shall be regarded as violating regulations.

1) Taking any article which is not allowed to take into the test room, or not placing the article in the designated area;

2) Opening the test papers before hearing related instruction from the chief invigilator, keeping on answering questions after hearing related instruction from the invigilator, or not answering questions according to the given sequence;

3) Talking, whispering or disturbing other test candidates during the test;

4) Making noise or conduct other behaviors which affect the order of the test venue;

5) Leaving the test room during the examination without obtaining permission from the chief invigilator;

6) Other behavior violating the test rules which is not regarded as cheating.

Article 6 The test candidates whose behaviors affect fairness and equity of HSK and conduct one of the following behaviors shall be regarded as cheating.

1) Substituting for others or asking others to substitute for the test;

2) Forging or altering identity certificates or photos;

3) Plagiarizing or assisting others to plagiarize, snatching other’s test paper or answer sheet, or forcing others to facilitate in plagiarizing;

4) Transmitting articles or exchanging test paper and/or answer sheet;

5) Filling in the answer sheet with name, admission number, or other information which is not in accordance with the test candidate’s true identity;

6) Watching the non-permitted materials (including electronic devices);

7) Using telecommunicating devices during the test;

8) Copying, shooting or recording the contents of the test paper, or taking the test paper or answer sheet out of the test room, or destroying the test paper or answer sheet deliberately;

9) Other behaviors which are regarded as cheating by the invigilator.

Article 8 The test candidate shall conscientiously maintain the test room disciplines and comply with management of the test administrator. The test candidate shall not conduct one of the following behaviors.

1) Disturbing the order of the test venue deliberately;

2) Refusing or obstructing the test administrator in performing their administrative duties;

3) Threatening, insulting, slandering, or framing against the test administrator or other test candidates;

4) Other behaviors disturbing the administration order of the test venue.

Chapter Three Handling of Discipline Breaches

Article 9 As to the test candidate who conducted one of the behaviors in Article 5, for those who are found for the first time, shall be given an oral warning, and the test candidate shall correct his/her behavior immediately; for those who are found for the second time, shall be ordered to terminate the test and the test result shall be cancelled.

Article 10 As to the test candidate who conducted one of the behaviors in Article 6, the test result shall be cancelled. As to the confirmation of the test candidate’s identity, once any behavior in the first or second item of Article 6 is discovered, the test result shall be cancelled, and the test candidate shall be banned from taking the test in the following two years.

Article 11 As to the test candidate who conducted one of the behaviors in Article 8, the test result shall be cancelled, and the test candidate shall be banned from taking the test in the following one. The test candidate or others who violate the Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Public Security, shall be dealt by the public security organs.
