Dear all international students,

全体在校留学生：

In order to help Yichang to meet the evaluation of the national model city, the university makes the following proposals to all the international students. 

为迎接全国文明典范城市测评，争创全国文明典范城市，学校向全体在校留学生提出以下倡议。

1.Behave in good manners.规范言行，文明行为。

Do not use rude and dirty words, spit, scribble, or damage public property; Do not litter or trample on the lawn.

不说粗话脏话，不随地吐痰，不乱贴乱画，不损坏公物；不乱扔垃圾，不践踏草坪。

2.Drive safely and follow traffic rules.安全通行，规范交通。

Do not ride a high-powered motorcycle. Please ride in accordance with traffic regulations, wearing helmet. While riding, do not run red lights, do not answer calls, and do not carry people in violation of regulations. Ride in a good manner, yielding to pedestrians, and parking in an orderly manner.

不骑大功率摩托车。骑行遵守交规，佩戴头盔，不闯红灯，不接打电话，不违规载人。骑行文明，礼让行人，规范有序停车。

3.Participate volunteer service and publicize the city actively.志愿服务，积极宣传。

Participate in voluntary services actively , consciously practice the spirit of volunteerism, be the publicist and participant of a national model city, and create a good atmosphere for creating a national model city.

积极参加志愿服务，自觉践行志愿精神，做文明典范城市的宣传员和参与者，营造良好的文明典范城市创建氛围。

4.Cooperate with normal epidemic prevention and control.常态防控，安全防疫。

Wear mask, lessen aggregation, report before leaving Yichang, and conduct regular nucleic acid testing.

佩戴口罩，少聚集，离宜报备，定期核酸检测。
