全体来华留学生：
根据学校《关于做好端午节前后学生安全教育管理工作的通知》，2026年端午节放假时间为6月19日（星期五）至6月21日（星期日），共计3天，6月22日（星期一）恢复正常上课。
为切实做好假期安全管理工作，保障全体来华留学生人身与财产安全，确保大家度过一个平安、有序的假期，现就端午节假期期间留学生安全管理相关事项通知如下：
一、假期管理核心要求
1.严格执行离市管控。假期期间非必要不离开宜昌市，严禁未经审批私自离宜；确因特殊情况需离宜的，须提前向辅导员履行书面请假审批手续，获批后方可离开，返宜后第一时间完成销假报备。
2.严格遵守住宿作息。每日晚23:00前返回宿舍，严禁留宿非本宿舍人员，严禁异性人员进入宿舍。
3.合理规划假期生活。保持健康规律的作息与生活方式，学习、生活中遇有困难、困惑或突发情况，第一时间向辅导员求助。
二、安全纪律与管理规范
1.严守法律法规与校纪校规。严格遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及学校各项规章制度，严禁参与任何危害国家安全、损害社会公共利益、扰乱社会公共秩序的非法活动；严禁酗酒、打架斗殴、赌博、涉毒及传播、贩卖非法书刊与音像制品等违反治安管理规定的行为；不前往 KTV、酒吧等治安情况复杂的娱乐场所；严禁参与非法传销，不得从事有损大学生群体形象的各类活动。
2.严格规范宗教相关行为。严禁在校园内组织、参与任何形式的传教或宗教活动。
3.严格遵守公寓管理规定。非本楼栋人员进入须履行实名登记手续，严禁在他人宿舍留宿；自觉维护楼栋公共秩序，不得在楼栋内大声喧哗、播放音乐影响他人正常休息；爱护公共环境，不得将生活垃圾堆放在公共楼道内。
4.严守用电与消防安全要求。寝室内严禁私拉乱接电线、违规使用大功率电器，严禁使用酒精炉、电饭煲等器具在寝室内烹煮食物；外出时务必锁好门窗、切断室内非必要电源；严禁使用劣质充电设备，严禁在寝室内铺设地毯等易燃物品，严防火灾事故发生。
5.强化网络与反诈安全意识。不接触、不参与来源不明的网络游戏、网络直播及各类陌生网络社群；理性发表言论，坚决做到不造谣、不信谣、不传谣；强化金融风险防范意识，严禁参与各类网络借贷活动；妥善保管个人信息，高度警惕电信网络诈骗，遇可疑情况第一时间报警并向学校报备。
6.严守出行与交通安全规则。严格遵守交通安全法规，严禁乘坐无营运资质、超员的交通工具；严禁驾驶大功率摩托车，严禁无证驾驶、酒后驾驶、无牌无证驾驶机动车及电动自行车；大雾、大雨等灾害性天气尽量减少不必要外出，确需外出务必做好安全防护。

Notice on Strengthening Safety Management for International Students During the Dragon Boat Festival Holiday
All international students:
In accordance with the school's Notice on Safety Education and Administration for Students Before and After the Dragon Boat Festival, the 2026 Dragon Boat Festival holiday will last for 3 days, from Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 21. Classes will resume on Monday, June 22.
To fully implement holiday safety management, protect your personal and property safety, and ensure everyone has a safe and well-organized holiday, we hereby issue the following requirements:
I. Key Requirements for Holiday Administration
1. Strict control on leaving Yichang. Do not leave Yichang unless necessary. Unauthorized departure from the city is strictly prohibited. If you have to leave due to special reasons, you must submit a written leave application to your counselor in advance. You can only leave after approval, and complete registration immediately after returning to Yichang.
2. Abide by dormitory rules and schedule. Please return to your dormitory before 23:00 every day. No outsiders are allowed to stay overnight in the dormitory, and people of the opposite sex are prohibited from entering the dormitory.
3. Arrange your holiday properly. Maintain a regular and healthy lifestyle. Please turn to your counselor immediately if you encounter difficulties, puzzles or emergencies during the holiday.
II. Safety Disciplines and Administrative Rules
1. Abide by national laws, regulations and school rules. All students must strictly follow the laws of the People's Republic of China and school regulations. Any illegal acts that endanger national security, damage public interests or disturb public order are forbidden. Drunkenness, fighting, gambling, drug-related behaviors, as well as distributing or selling illegal publications and audio-visual products are prohibited. Please stay away from entertainment venues with complex public security conditions such as KTVs and bars. Illegal pyramid selling and any behaviors damaging the image of college students are not allowed.
2. Regulations on religious activities. It is strictly forbidden to organize or participate in any form of missionary work or religious activities on campus.
3. Dormitory management regulations. Visitors from other buildings must register with real names before entry. Staying in others' dormitories is prohibited. Please keep quiet in the dormitory building and do not make loud noises or play music to disturb others. Keep public areas clean and do not pile domestic garbage in corridors.
4. Electricity and fire safety rules. Do not randomly connect wires or use high-power electrical appliances in dormitories. Cooking with alcohol stoves, rice cookers and other utensils is banned. Make sure doors and windows are locked and unnecessary power supplies are cut off when you leave. Do not use inferior charging devices or lay flammable items such as carpets in dormitories to prevent fire accidents.
5. Cybersecurity and anti-fraud awareness. Stay away from unknown online games, live streams and unfamiliar online groups. Express your opinions rationally, and do not create, believe or spread rumors. Refuse all kinds of online loans and guard against financial risks. Keep your personal information confidential and be alert to telecom and online fraud. Call the police and report to the school right away in case of suspicious situations.
6. Travel and traffic safety rules. Comply with traffic laws and regulations. Do not take unlicensed or overloaded vehicles. Driving high-power motorcycles, driving motor vehicles or electric bicycles without a license, under the influence of alcohol or without valid plates is strictly prohibited. Minimize unnecessary trips in foggy, rainy and other severe weather conditions, and take full safety protection measures if you have to go out.
