暑假即将到来，放假时间为2025年7月5日（星期六）至9月4日（星期四）。为做好假期安全管理工作，确保广大留学生的人身财产安全，度过一个安全的假期。现就暑假留学生安全管理工作的有关事项通知如下：
一、2025年暑假期间安全教育大会
学校将于7月4号下午14点30分，在求索报告厅（J2四楼）举行2025年暑假期间安全教育大会，请所有在校留学生务必参与，现场将组织签到。有考试的同学请与班长或ISA请假。
二、离校及返校安排
1.做好假期去向登记，严格遵守安全管理规定。全体来华留学生，需在7月4日前完成去向登记（扫码下方二维码填写），阅读知晓《三峡大学来华留学生2025年暑假安全告知书》并提交签名，假期离宜学生，需通过钉钉、微信或电话向老师报告动向和身体情况。
2.严格按照填报时间按时返校。所有假期离校的同学，必须严格按照所填报的时间返校，如因特殊原因需延迟返校的，请提前与国际学院老师联系，否则将取消新学校注册学习资格，涉及A栋寝室改造学生，需要在8月25日前抵达学校开始搬寝工作。
3.返校报到时间。全体来华留学生2025年秋季学期返校报到时间为9月5日-6日，可前往ISA办公室进行新学期学籍注册。
三、住宿安全管理
1.合理安排假期的日常生活和时间，养成健康的生活习惯，保持身心健康。如在学习、生活、情感等方面遇到心理困惑时，请向老师或导师寻求帮助。确保一人三餐饮食干净新鲜。
2.遵守公寓管理规定。晚上11点以前归寝。非本楼栋人员进入和离开必须做好登记，不得留宿在他人寝室。异性不得进寝。注意文明，不在楼栋内大声喧哗，播放音乐影响他人休息。爱护公共环境，不要将生活垃圾堆放在公共楼道。
四、遵守法律法规
1.不能在中国组织或参加任何被认为不符合留学生身份的活动。留学生不得在校园内参加或举行任何传教或宗教活动。切勿前往外地从事非法务工活动，如义乌，银川等城市。
2.遵守中法律法规和校纪校规。禁止参加非法活动，危害国家安全、社会公共利益，扰乱社会秩序。不准饮酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒、传播、贩卖非法图书音像制品等违反治安管理规定的行为；不准参与非法传销，从事影响大学生形象的活动。
五、签证服务
签证在暑假期间过期以及因特殊情况需要申请停/居留证件的同学，必须在7月15日前在J1502办公室开具证明文件，请至少提前一周申请签证。
六、履行值班责任制度
暑假期间严格执行留管人员值班制度，具体假期值班人员名单、时间安排、联系电话（办公室电话、手机）见下表。

Notice on Strengthening the Safety Management of International Students
during Summer Vacation
All international students:
Summer vacation is coming soon and the vacation period is from Saturday, July 5th, 2025 to Thursday, September 4th, 2025. To strengthen safety management during the vacation period, ensure the personal and property safety of international students, and enable spend a safe vacation, The relevant matters regarding the safety management of summer international students are hereby notified as follows:
I. Safety Education Conference for summer vacation 2025
Summer vacation Safety Education Conference held by FAO will start on July 4th at 2:30 p.m. in Qiusuo Hall (4th floor of J2 Building). It is compulsory for all international students to attend and sign . Students with exams should ask the monitor or ISA for leave.
II.Departure and return arrangements
1.Complete the vacation destination registration and strictly adhere to safety management regulations. All international students must complete their destination registration before July 4th (scan the QR code below to fill in) and read the Commitment for Safety Education for International Students during summer Vacation of 2025 and sign on it. Students leaving Yichang during the vacation need to report their movements and physical condition to the teacher through Dingding, WeChat, or phone.
2.Strictly follow the deadline to return to campus. All students who leave campus during the vacation must strictly adhere to the return date. If there are special reasons that require a delay in returning to campus, please contact the teachers of the International College in advance. Otherwise, the eligibility of registeration and studying in the next semester will be canceled. Students living in A Dormitory which will be improved should return before August 25th 2025 to start to move to the new dormitory.
3.Return and registration time All returning international students should go to J1502 to register from September 5th 2025 to September 6th 2025 in the new autumn semester of 2025.
III. Accommodation Safety management
1.Arrange daily life and time reasonably during the vacation, develop healthy living habits, and maintain physical and mental health. In case of psychological confusion in study, life, emotions, etc., please seek help from teachers or tutors. Ensure that three meals a day are clean and fresh.
2.Comply with the regulations of the apartment management. Return to the dormitory before 11 p.m.. Personnel not belonging to the building must register when entering and leaving, and shall not stay overnight in others' dormitories. Persons of the opposite sex are not allowed to enter the dormitory. Pay attention to civilization, do not make loud noises or play music in the building to affect others' rest. Take good care of the public environment and do not pile domestic waste in the public corridor.
IV. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
1.It is prohibited to organize or participate in any activities considered as inconsistent with the identity of international students in China. International students shall not participate in or hold any missionary or religious activities on campus. Do not travel to other regions (such as Yiwu, Yinchuan and other cities) to engage in illegal employment activities.
2.Comply with Chinese laws, regulations, and school rules and regulations. Participation in illegal activities that endanger national security, social public interests, or disrupt social order is strictly prohibited. Acts violating public security management regulations are forbidden, including but not limited to drinking, fighting, gambling, drug use, spreading or selling illegal books, audio-visual products, etc.; participation in illegal pyramid schemes or activities that damage the image of college students is not allowed.
V. Visa services
For students whose visas expire during the summer vacation or need to apply for T /residence visa due to special circumstances, they must obtain certification documents from J1502 before July 15th. Please apply for the visa at least one week in advance.
VI.Implementation of Duty Responsibility System
During the summer vacation, the duty system for international student management personnel shall be strictly implemented. The list of duty personnel, schedule, and contact numbers (office phone and mobile phone) for the vacation are shown in the following table:
