全体来华留学生：

寒假即将到来，为做好假期安全管理工作，确保广大留学生的人身财产安全，度过一个安全的假期。现就寒假留学生安全管理工作的有关事项通知如下：

一、离校及返校安排

1.做好假期去向登记，严格遵守安全管理规定。全体来华留学生，需在1月9日前完成去向登记（扫码下方二维码填写），填写《三峡大学来华留学生2024年寒假安全告知书》（附件1）并上传，假期离宜学生，需通过QQ、微信或电话向老师报告动向和身体情况。
2.严格按照填报时间按时返校。所有假期离校的同学，必须严格按照所填报的时间返校，如因特殊原因需延迟返校的，请提前与国际学院老师联系，否则将取消新学校注册学习资格。

3.返校报到时间。全体来华留学生2024年春季学期返校报到时间为2月23日。

二、住宿安全管理

4.合理安排假期的日常生活和时间，养成健康的生活习惯，保持身心健康。如在学习、生活、情感等方面遇到心理困惑时，请向老师或导师寻求帮助。确保一人三餐饮食干净新鲜。

5.遵守公寓管理规定。晚上11点以前归寝。非本楼栋人员进入和离开必须做好登记，不得留宿在他人寝室。异性不得进寝。注意文明，不在楼栋内大声喧哗，播放音乐影响他人休息。爱护公共环境，不要将生活垃圾堆放在公共楼道。

三、遵守法律法规

6.不能在中国组织或参加任何被认为不符合留学生身份的活动。留学生不得在校园内参加或举行任何传教或宗教活动。

7.遵守中法律法规和校纪校规。禁止参加非法活动，危害国家安全、社会公共利益，扰乱社会秩序。不准饮酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒、传播、贩卖非法图书音像制品等违反治安管理规定的行为；不准参与非法传销，从事影响大学生形象的活动。

四、签证服务

8.签证超期时间在1月26日至2月23日的留学生，必须在1月19日前在J1511办公室开具证明文件。

五、履行值班责任制度

9.寒假期间严格执行留管人员值班制度，1月25日前，假期值班人员名单、时间安排、联系电话（办公室电话、手机）向留学生公布。

六、留校留学生文体活动安排

10.寒假期间，国际学院将组织社会实践和体育活动，具体活动安排将于近期发布。

Notice on Strengthening the Safety Management of International Students during Winter Vacation

All international students: Winter vacation is coming soon, in order to do a good job in holiday safety management, ensure the personal and property safety of international students, and spend a safe holiday. The relevant matters regarding the safety management of winter international students are hereby notified as follows:

I. Departure and return arrangements

1.Complete the holiday destination registration and strictly adhere to safety management regulations. All international students must complete their destination registration before January 9th (scan the QR code below to fill in) and fill in the Commitment for Safety Education for International Students during Winter Vacation of 2024(Attachment 1) and upload it. Students leaving Yichang during the vacation need to report their movements and physical condition to the teacher through QQ, WeChat, or phone.

2.Strictly follow the deadline to return to campus. All students who leave campus during the vacation must strictly adhere to the reported return date. If there are special reasons that require a delay in returning to campus, please contact the teachers at the International College in advance. Otherwise, the eligibility for registering and studying at the new school will be canceled.

3.Return and registration time. All returning international students for the 2024 spring semester are required to report back to campus on February 23rd.

II. Accommodation Safety management

4. Arrange your daily life and time well during the holiday and develop healthy living habits and keep physical and mental health. If you are confronted with any difficulties or confusions in academic, social or mental aspects, please consult your college teacher or supervisor for help. And please make sure the food for your three meals every day is clean and fresh.

5.Obey all the regulations of the apartment. Please return back to your dorm before 11:00 PM. Students who do not live in the dorm are not allowed to enter unless they finish registration. Boys are forbidden to stay in girls’ dorm, and vice versa. It is forbidden to make noises loudly or play music loudly that may disturb others’ study and rest. To keep a better environment, please do not pile up your daily garbage in the public area.

III. Laws and Regulations

6. You cannot organize or participate in any activity in China which is deemed to be inappropriate to the identity as a student. International students cannot attend or hold any mission or religious activities on campus.

7.You shall observe Chinese laws and regulations as well as university rules. You are banned from participating in illegal activities, endangering national security of China, public interest, and disturbing public order. You are not allowed to engage in alcohol, fights, gambling, drug abuse, dissemination, trafficking in illegal books and audiovisual products and other violations of public security management regulations; are not allowed to participate in illegal pyramid schemes, engage in activity impacting the image of college students.

IV. Visa services

8. International students whose visas will expire between January 26th and February 23rd must issue the supporting documents at the J1511 office before January 19th.

V. Fulfilling duty responsibility system

9.During the winter vacation, strict adherence to the duty system for retention personnel will be implemented. Before January 25th, the list of holiday duty personnel, time arrangements, and contact numbers (office phone, mobile phone) will be announced to international students.

VI. Arrangement of cultural and sports activities for international students staying on campus

10.During the winter vacation, the International College will organize social practice and sports activities. Specific arrangements for the activities will be released in the near future.
