为切实做好2024年寒假来华留学生安全教育工作，学校拟于本周四（1月11日）召开来华留学生暑期安全教育大会，具体通知如下：

一、 活动时间

三、 参会人员

  国际学院领导及留学生管理人员；

  三峡大学全体来华留学生新生； 

  三峡大学来华留学生老生代表；

四、 活动议程

1、 开展来华留学生寒假安全专题教育；

2、 开展留学生违纪行为典型案例教育；

3、 布置假期留学生社会实践及活动安排；

4、 统计寒假去向、签订《假期安全承诺书》。

五、 参会要求

       1、请各班班长在下午2:25之前完成签到进场入座，要求学生不得迟到、缺席，不得无故请假，不得提前离场。

       2、请留学生学生会全体成员参会并协助维持现场秩序。

Notice on Convening the 2024 Winter Vacation Safety Education Conference for International Students

To all international students:

To effectively carry out the safety education work for international students during the 2024 winter vacation, the school plans to hold a Winter Vacation Safety Education Conference for international students this Thursday (January 11th). The details of the notice are as follows:

I. Event Time

January 11, 2024, 14:30

II. Event Location

College of Electrical Engineering and New Energy, Room 702

III. Participants

Leaders of the International College and staff responsible for managing international students;

All new international students;

Representative of senior international students;

IV. Agenda

1. Conduct winter vacation safety education for international students;

2. Provide education on typical cases of disciplinary violations among international students;

3. Arrange social practice and activities for international students during the vacation;

4. Collect information on the whereabouts during the winter vacation and sign the Commitment for Safety Education for International Students during Winter Vacation of 2024.

V. Participation Requirements

1. Please ensure that class monitors complete the sign-in and take their seats before 2:25 PM. Students must not be late or absent without valid reasons, and must not leave the venue early.

2. All members of the ISA members are required to attend and assist in maintaining order at the venue.
