全体来华留学生：
劳动节放假时间为5月1日（星期五）至5月5日（星期二），为保障大家度过平安、愉快的假期，切实维护人身财产安全，现就节日期间安全管理相关事项提示如下：
安全管理提示：
（一）假期如需离宜外出，须提前办理请假手续，并如实报备行程。请严格遵守返校时间，私自离校或逾期未归者，将依据校规严肃处理。
（二）每日23:00前需返回寝室；非本楼栋人员进出须登记，严禁留宿他人，异性不得进入宿舍区域。保持宿舍安静，勿在楼道堆放垃圾，共同维护良好居住环境。
（三）严格遵守交通规则，切勿无证驾驶机动车；拒乘“三无” 车辆（无牌、无证、无营运资质）。骑行摩托车、自行车时，严禁抢道、违规载人或超速行驶并佩戴头盔。过马路时，务必放下手机、摘下耳机，仔细辨别交通标志与信号。
（四）严禁参与任何违法活动，包括传教、赌博、吸毒等行为；杜绝非法传销及损害学生形象的活动，严格遵守中国法律法规与校规校纪。遵守中法律法规和校纪校规。禁止参加非法活动，危害国家安全、社会公共利益，扰乱社会秩序。不准饮酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒、传播、贩卖非法图书音像制品等违反治安管理规定的行为；不准参与非法传销，从事影响大学生形象的活动。
（五）当前正值溺水高发期，切勿前往无安全防护的水域游泳或游玩。同时，提高警惕防范电信网络诈骗，保护个人财产安全。
（六）消防安全提示。严禁在宿舍、教室等场所内使用大功率电器、私拉乱接电线、使用明火、吸烟、焚烧物品、存放易燃易爆物品，以防引发消防事故，造成人员伤亡，提高消防安全意识和危机自救能力。

The Labor Day holiday is from May 1st to May 5th, to ensure that you all have a safe and pleasant holiday and effectively protect your personal and property safety, the following safety management guidelines during the holiday are hereby notified:
Safety Management Guidelines:
(1) Leave Application System: If you need to leave Yichang during the holiday, you must complete the leave application procedures in advance and truthfully report your itinerary. Please strictly adhere to the return time. Students who leave school without permission or fail to return on time will be dealt with seriously in accordance with school regulations.
(2) Dormitory Management Requirements: Return to your dormitory before 23:00 every day; non-residents of the building must register when entering and leaving. It is strictly prohibited to accommodate others overnight, and members of the opposite sex are not allowed to enter the dormitory area. Keep the dormitory quiet, do not pile up garbage in the corridors, and jointly maintain a good living environment.
(3) Traffic Safety: Strictly abide by traffic rules and never drive a motor vehicle without a license; refrain from taking "three no" vehicles (vehicles without license plates, without permits, and without operating qualifications). When riding a motorcycle or bicycle, it is strictly prohibited to cut in line, carry passengers in violation of regulations, speed, and always wear a helmet. When crossing the road, be sure to put down your phone, take off your earphones, and carefully identify traffic signs and signals.
(4) Compliance with Laws and School Disciplines: It is strictly prohibited to participate in any illegal activities, including religious proselytizing, gambling, drug use, etc.; put an end to illegal pyramid schemes and activities that damage the image of students, and strictly abide by Chinese laws, regulations, and school disciplines. Do not engage in illegal activities that endanger national security, social and public interests, or disrupt social order. It is prohibited to engage in behaviors in violation of public security management regulations, such as drinking, fighting, gambling, drug use, spreading, and selling illegal books, audio, and video products; do not participate in illegal pyramid schemes or engage in activities that affect the image of college students.
(5) Drowning Prevention and Anti-Fraud: Currently, it is a high-incidence period for drowning accidents. Do not swim or play in waters without safety protection. At the same time, stay vigilant against telecommunications and network fraud to protect your personal property safety.
(6) Fire Safety: It is strictly prohibited to use high-power electrical appliances, illegally connect wires, use open flames, smoke, burn items, or store flammable and explosive materials in dormitories, classrooms, and other places, in order to prevent fire accidents and casualties. Improve fire safety awareness and self-rescue capabilities in times of crisis.
