根据学校通知，学校中秋假期时间为9月25日至27日，国庆假期时间为10月1日至7日。为确保同学们度过一个安全的假期，现就中秋、国庆假期前后来华留学生安全教育管理工作通知如下:
一、离校及返校安排
1.中秋假期原则上不离校；国庆假期确需离校的同学，请扫描下方二维码填写请假申请（二维码仅限国庆假期请假使用）。离宜期间如遇紧急情况，需通过钉钉或者电话向老师报告情况。

2.严格按照填报时间按时返校。所有假期离校的同学，必须严格按照所填报的时间返校，如因特殊原因需延迟返校的，请提前与国际学院老师联系，否则将视为擅自离校处理。
二、住宿安全管理
3. 合理安排假期的日常生活和时间，养成健康的生活习惯，保持身心健康。如在学习、生活、情感等方面遇到心理困惑时，请向老师或导师寻求帮助。
4. 遵守公寓管理规定。晚上11点以前归寝。非本楼栋人员进入和离开必须做好登记，不得留宿在他人寝室。异性不得进寝。注意文明，不在楼栋内大声喧哗，不播放音乐影响他人休息。爱护公共环境，不要将生活垃圾堆放在公共楼道。
三、遵守法律法规
5. 不组织或参加不符合留学生身份的活动。禁止参加危害国家安全、社会公共利益，扰乱社会秩序的非法活动；不得在校园内参加或举行任何传教或宗教活动。
6. 遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规。不饮酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒，不传播、贩卖非法图书音像或相关制品；不参与非法传销；不从事影响大学生形象的活动。

Notice on management arrangement of International Students during Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holiday
All international students:
According to the school notice, the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday will run from September 25th to 27th, and the National Day holiday will run from October 1st to 7th. To ensure all students have a safe holiday, the following notice is hereby issued regarding the safety education and management for international students：
I. Departure and return arrangements
1. In principle, students are not allowed to leave campus during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. International students who need to leave Yichang City during the National Day holiday should scan the QR code below to fill in the leave application (the QR code is only for the National Day holiday). During the leave, if there is an emergency, please report the situation to the teacher through DingTalk or by phone.

2. Strictly follow the deadline to return to campus. All students who leave campus during the vacation must strictly adhere to the reported return date. If there are special reasons that require a delay in returning to campus, please contact the teachers at the College of Internaional Communications in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered as leaving the school without authorization.
II. Accommodation Safety management
3. Arrange your daily life and time well during holiday and develop healthy living habits and keep physical and mental health. If you are confronted with any difficulties or confusions in academic, social or mental aspects, please consult your college teacher or supervisor for help.
4. Obey all the regulations of apartment. Please return back to your dorm before 11:00 PM. Students who do not live in the dorm are not allowed to enter unless they finish registration. Boys are forbidden to stay in girls’ dorm, and vise versa. It is forbidden to make noises loudly or play music loudly that may disturb others’ study and rest. To keep a better environment, please do not pile up your daily garbage in the pubic area.
III. Laws and Regulations
5. Do not organize or participate in any activity that is inconsistent with the identity of international students. Participation in illegal activities that endanger national security or public interests, or disrupt social order, is prohibited; international students shall not attend or hold any missionary or religious activities on campus.
6. You shall observe Chinese laws and regulations as well as university rules. Do not drink alcohol, fight, gamble, or take drugs; do not disseminate or traffic illegal books, audiovisual products, or related materials; do not participate in illegal pyramid schemes; do not engage in activities that affect the image of college students.
