为严格学籍管理，严肃校纪校规，维护正常教学秩序，根据《普通高等学校学生管理规定》（教育部令第41号）、《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》（教育部、外交部、公安部令第42号）、《三峡大学外国留学生本科生学籍管理规定（修订）》（三峡大外〔2014〕45号）、《三峡大学来华留学研究生学籍管理规定》（三峡大外〔2015〕73号）等文件规定，经学校审核研究，现将有关事项公告如下：

对超过学校规定的最长学习年限，至今未完成培养计划规定的学习任务，经学校催告后逾期仍未办理手续的24名来华留学生（名单见附件）予以退学处理。

本公告自发布之日起满60日即视为退学处理决定送达。如对退学处理决定有异议，可在送达之日起10日内，向学校学生申诉处理委员会提出书面申诉。

Announcement of China Three Gorges University on the Withdrawal of
DIPESH BHATTA and 23 Other International Students

To strengthen student status management, enforce University rules and regulations, and maintain normal teaching order, in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Regular Institutions of Higher Education (Order No. 41 of the Ministry of Education), the Administrative Measures for the Enrollment and Cultivation of International Students by Schools (Order No. 42 of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Security), the Regulations on Status Management for International Undergraduate Students of China Three Gorges University (Revised) (CTGU Foreign Affairs [2014] No. 45), the Regulations on Student Status Management for International Graduates of China Three Gorges University (CTGU Foreign Affairs [2015] No. 73), and other relevant provisions, the University, upon review and deliberation, hereby announces the following:

The 24 international students listed in the Attachment, who have exceeded the maximum period of study prescribed by the University, have not yet completed the learning tasks specified in their training plans and, after being duly notified by the University, failed to complete the required procedures within the prescribed time limit, shall be withdrawn from the University.

This Announcement shall constitute service by public notice. The withdrawal decision shall be deemed served upon the expiration of 60 days from the date of publication of this Announcement. Any student who objects to the withdrawal decision may submit a written appeal to the University Student Appeals Committee within 10 days from the date of service.
